Telecoz the last Monday, November 15 sent a technician to my house, where he magically discovered that there was an intermittent contact on the telephone pole shunt. When he told me I would have answered "No, but go!?" Azzo was there since I arrived well ..... All
magically solved by adding a piece of wire and saying "we hope to resolve it, because otherwise it's a mess ........", well complimentoni professionalism! yes yes .......

Telecom will never change! The System Administrator
Then I state that is a week that have no phone line and that for those parents a little anzianotti home not using the phone is a problem!
It started last Tuesday when the telephone line had a lot of background noise and you could hardly see anything with the person you were talking about ..... Wednesday morning the phone was silent! I called 187 and he explained the problem where I open a fault, I leave my mobile number and tell me that within a couple of days everything would be settled.
two days go by and the phone is still silent ..... the 187 call and after re-explain things a little puzzled me reopen another indication of failure, with the same old story of two working days.
days pass and the phone is always dead, a bit pissed off last night once again call the 187 operator and explain the whole story, at one point the man telecom tells me that the call was closed with positive outcome and that the central line is ok, we see that the problem is that my phone is broken tell me! Then I reply: I see two phone both are dumb, I tried using a third party and is therefore not the same phones, and the guy tells me that even I would called home to tell me that everything works! ..... And I say with some dumb phone I would have definitely responded. At this point the operator is a little nervous and tells me it's the fault of my system and I have to call my electrician ....... with a small droplet of sweat down my back I try to explain which is the main outlet does not work and has been for most of its installed by a technician telecom !
The little man in red then shake, and even to attend to the practice tells me he will send a technician, but always with the usual two days of Bazza working ...... now my phone is still silent!
What, W Telecom .... have a customer service to make you stay dumb! W l ' Italy!

"taste" the profound meaning of marketing!

Just a kiss ... Toastmasters
Last night the second night of the Toastmasters Club of Milan it took a little kiss Perugina "to dissolve any shyness during the great jam session of" Table Topics ".
Public speaking has become an alluring and fun game.
David has had (as always) truly original idea: throw a kiss

Then one of the club members, chosen at random as usual (this is the beauty of Table Topics!: O) has made a statement / speech lasting one minute - one minute and a half freely interpreting the message of the kiss!
has now created a magical atmosphere: the chocolate and the thought of love have unlocked any embarrassment and we have seen some good!
Elena Francesca and in particular we were really amazed the readiness to find stories and personal anecdotes really strong!
The evening opened with Toastmasters 3 fantastic "speech": Frank has led us to discover the world of rumor, Franco (baby boomers) has catapulted us into the fantastic world enduro and Michele us invited to go out with friends instead of chatting to the PC, to rediscover the genuine fruit and always believe that even small gestures make a difference!
Super congratulations to Michael, who yesterday completed the course of the first 10 speech making COMPETENT COMMUNICATOR ! Inspired us as only a great communicator can do!

Is Cm Common Before A Period?
Milan: the season starts again!
We have launched this new season of the Toastmasters Club of Milan and crackling with an evening full of surprises!
"Chuggabug" I assure you it is the most appropriate definition!
Many "new friends and above all friends" were last night at the legendary Café Santo Stefano, all thanks to word of mouth but also through our new group on Facebook. Fantastic! But even more crackling was seeing the smiles and hugs between all of us, excited for the resumption of our Toastmasters Club!
And what about a stratospheric Ivan, which surprised us again with a sudden this page?
Having to prepare a speech on advanced trading techniques has seen fit to simulate a fake kidnapping with a lot of gun cartridges.
And who else but our former President Francesco (called fields)?
And guess who had to negotiate instead??
Ioooo, the current president: O)
say that I did not expect is an understatement!
Between jokes and hilarious belly laughs we learned a lot about trading ! E 'was much more effective than a course or a textbook on the subject. There is no comparison!
Ivan has hit the mark with the disruptive power of emotions ! Great!
Too bad there was already the new camera to film the scene!
Our evening at Toastmasters can not describe ... must be!
The next round of the Toastmasters Club of Milan is Tuesday, September 23, 2008 at Cafe Santo Stefano (St. Stephen's Square near the Cathedral) at 18:45!

The other day I happened a curious fact, a girl complained of problems with notebook and told me that at some point you are no longer running.
A colleague of mine sent them a replacement battery to verify that fact was not guilty of the same but after a few days she gets back in touch and say that nothing has changed.
During that week I was on vacation and when I get my colleague left me a note describing what happened and that perhaps it was necessary to prepare a replacement machine.
phoned the girl and ask her to describe the situation and tells me he now has two weeks out of the notebook, then I start to agree preparane a new one and change it. We agree on the day and I find the pc ready to pass data from your old hard drive and distracted by the beauty of the girl in question gave her the notebook without giving too much importance to the failure of the old pc (also because I had lost a couple now to prepare the new!). What balls back to work after two weeks leave ......
today to start the day I was informed that a gentleman that I would go here call Pirin to pick up computer equipment to bring in a factory.
So I prepared the material (some monitors, a label printer, a laptop) and I settled in the usual place confident of its arrival in the early afternoon arrived with his van ferrari, convertible logically and uploaded all the material ( in the body).
already be seen putting a laptop in the bed of his van made me feel bad, thank goodness that was packed in its box, but that's nothing because you want to know the great thing? ... I do believe that where you have gone rained or was raining so I dare not imagine how she arrived at the factory stuff ......... I can only hope for its legendary guide to Schumi. Way to go

About a week ago I updated a transfer data in 10 notebooks of their agents who work from home and are in business only a few times year for the usual meetings of the budget.
on laptops that I did was test the VPN software to download data and set up a network drive.
Sets the automatic procedure then they should simply double click and nothing else. Within a few hours
system then all PCs will hold on to explain an operation all at once, call them and the herd comes complete.
do I fix them all behind me and start to show the news ...... there are those who mind their own business, who says "ah but it's easy" and others ask me to explain everything.
end, return the notebook and leave everyone happy in the meantime a week goes by. Monday
my phone starts to overheat from the calls of the ten stunned because according to them, nothing works! ...... Beginning to investigate and discover that: the first one had a spyware and did not like a sledgehammer, the second had deleted the VPN connection, the third was connected to the internet wrong, others had not understood a damn thing! Nearly four out of ten are only able to follow my directions and work.
But damn, if I ask you if you understand and you do not understand tell heck, if you want to go on sites with little women nude try not to do so and download the sucker.

leaving the house this morning I notice that the dog had vomited right in front of the front door!
So I think to myself "is, however, start your day ..." As a result I lost a few minutes to clean and Kira (the guilty) has seen fit to disappear in that time frame.
it does not seem to work better, coming from the customer and the phone already has 5 missed calls and a voicemail message, everything leads me to think that it will be a busy day and now I have 3 computers to prepare well and all are logically Urgent! Ah
To close on the morning I might add that other pc have difficulties to login to the domain because a heck of a program that monitors user software has well and then decided to stop until the terms in the Task Manager will not start the pc, but for the common user who calls you is just "the computer hangs !!!".
It is usual for us to translate the message, right?

I was elected President of the Toastmaster Club of Milan and is difficult to describe the thrill of this moment! I can not believe!
The warmth, affection and encouragement that I felt made me come shivering, is a bit 'like the cold shower after a sauna, a burst of pure energy!
From tonight we should put myself in this new role and put into practice the many skills that provides leadership manual (delegate, facilitate, organize, manage time and people, mentoring, critical thinking).
will be an incredible year, an amazing journey to discover. And I can not wait!
