About a week ago I updated a transfer data in 10 notebooks of their agents who work from home and are in business only a few times year for the usual meetings of the budget.
on laptops that I did was test the VPN software to download data and set up a network drive.
Sets the automatic procedure then they should simply double click and nothing else. Within a few hours
system then all PCs will hold on to explain an operation all at once, call them and the herd comes complete.
do I fix them all behind me and start to show the news ...... there are those who mind their own business, who says "ah but it's easy" and others ask me to explain everything.
end, return the notebook and leave everyone happy in the meantime a week goes by. Monday
my phone starts to overheat from the calls of the ten stunned because according to them, nothing works! ...... Beginning to investigate and discover that: the first one had a spyware and did not like a sledgehammer, the second had deleted the VPN connection, the third was connected to the internet wrong, others had not understood a damn thing! Nearly four out of ten are only able to follow my directions and work.
